Starting Yoga
Ideally we recommend that you begin your yoga with a Twisting Fish
Beginners Course 1 & 2. This helps you build a solid
foundation week-by-week, allowing time for questions and guidance on
the next steps to take to deepen your practice. On completion
of Beginners Course 1 & 2, you will receive a voucher that
entitles you to 50% off your first 5-class pass.
BC 1 & 2 run continuous back to back, with one
class per week for 6 weeks. These two courses include:
- Fundamentals of basic alignment in essential yoga
postures.
- Experimenting with the breath in connection with the
body and movement.
- Instruction on basic meditation and relaxation
techniques.
- Preparation to move into the next class level.
