Robyn Sawatzky

Restorative Yoga

Robyn Sawatzky is interested in sharing yogic tools for healing   She teaches a slow restorative flow where the intention is to truly inhabit the body.  This kind of slow embodied flow speaks to the nervous system in a profound way helping both the body and mind to quieten and relax. Regularly quietening the mind and body helps you sleep better and will have therapeutic benefits for your heart, your immune, digestive and other physiological systems.  It makes you feel really good!

We all know that being human in this modern world is complicated.  We can all struggle with feeling stuck and dissatisfied.  While it is easy to get caught up in this story, we can use the tools of slow embodied movement, breathing and supported deep relaxation to write a new story where life feels really good.

Robyn has studied yoga with Alex Armstrong, Emil Wendel, Yogrishi Vishvketu, Judith Lasater, Jennifer Crescenzo, Bo Forbes and Eion Finn.  She has also run regular yoga retreats in Bali and Margaret River.
