Exploring Yoga for the first time?

Ideally we recommend that you begin your yoga with a Twisting Fish Beginners Course. This helps you build a solid foundation week-by-week, allowing time for questions and guidance on the next steps to take to deepen your practice, allowing you the confidence and knowledge to progress into mainstream classes with awareness and safety. These beginners course includes:

  • Fundamentals of basic alignment in essential yoga postures.

  • Experimenting with the breath in connection with the body and movement to bring stillness of mind.

  • Instruction on basic meditation and relaxation techniques.

  • Preparation to move into the next class level.
