Sheila has been teaching yoga for 40 years. She is one of the founding members of the British Wheel of Yoga (one of the highest standard of yoga in the world). She has studied and trained with many of the great yoga masters.
Sheila’s teaching style is warm and supportive with considerable focus on understanding what it is like to be a ‘senior’ (she is 81 herself).
The sessions are carefully crafted to suit the needs of each student. The ultimate aim of the class is for you to come away with a feeling of wellbeing and vitality, and more importantly to have fun.
